Plot (short): A young girl's puppy escapes the yard while her mother is at work. She goes out on her own to find her puppy, first to the park,... 11 minutes. Aka "Lost Puppy". The short haired blonde girl wearing a dress, more looking like a boy here.

One of many 16mm short films by FWU. But originally from Anvil-Film. I have some more. They both mainly made documentaries.

(American) Kernel Lessons (AKL)

 

I think this is just a book series, originally started in 1969 by Robert O'Neill published by Longman and at least with (audio) tapes for language labs (lab drills). Also abbreviated as AKL +the level (e.g. AKL: Intermediate). Later reissued like "Kernel One". "American Kernel Lessons" published in 1978.

One famous story is The Man Who Escaped (24 episodes, 1979). Another one is The Rainbow Project (1999 ?).

O'Neill, who died in 2014 was a famous ELT author with ~30 books. In 1970 he wrote English in Situations.

At least one book (other series) was also made in a series: The Lost Secret. There were also some co-authors.

Interseting series, but I have to do more research.

Plot (short): Very few info found. A basic course showing activities of a British family (so probably also involving kids and/or teens). Dialogues were filmed in different variants. Another book is called: The Turners: Drill Pictures and Diologues (ISBN 0582524040). 1500 words vocabulary.

Info: New post (not on my Wiki), I found that in a book. Based on 2 similar series (but in French by Didier/ CREDIF): "Bonjour Line" (1963) aimed at 8-13 yo and "Voix et images de France" (1961) for grown-ups. A book for Bonjour Line including 30 filmstrips (b&w) can be found on archive.org. Later editions have illustrations in color. Similar English series were "First Things First" (1967) and "New Concept English"
