As mentioned the 2nd video of Longman course Snapshot. I think same release dates. 2000 VHS and 2008 DVD (DVD-ROM). I haven't found clips or screencaps in color, so only these from a book.

Plot (short): I searched on an online book store and first found snap.tv (also part of Snapshot, the second 2008 DVD, post here). During research I found on scribd a bibliography of Brian Abbs and Ingrid Freebairn. I had several courses and movies from them like Postcards, The Winning Team and Two Days in Summer. But somehow missed some. Another one is Sky (also with 2 DVDs 2009, maybe even better, also coming soon)

I think the main 4-level course and books were first published in 2000. VHS obviously in 2000. DVDs in 2008. Series Longman ELT Video. There is also New Snapshot (~2003). Many books in many different editions, some have CD-ROMs.

The Video workbook as pictured has 63 pages.

Plot (short): This is a series of interactive PC CD-ROMs with videos from SEMERC (Special Education Micro-Electronics Resource Centre, 1982-1989) later Granada Learning and Keele University for older learners (14+) with learning difficulties/special needs (SEN). I think not for learning English (ELT) in first place but ICT (information and communication technology). Can be used with switch access (large external buttons).

As I have posts about outher series called Out & About, I post this as well for comparison. It's also interesting. A related Software company is Sherston.

Pic from the official trailer of New Inside Out (Beginner) Unit 3 My Family.  There is also American Inside Out Evolution (2010 ?). I think a typical, modern course, mainly books and digital contents but also DVDs at least for some courses and levels.
