On the main site I found (additional) 15 units with animated clips only under stories.
There's also a related 2 level pre-school series called "First Friends" (don't know if having live-action scenes) and American English versions of Family and Friends.

There's also Exam Steps in English and Steps Forward (~2015, not to be confused with Step Forward, a recent adult course from Oxford). Steps Forward has the same cover image than Steps in English. Not sure what the difference is.

ActiveTeach software is also for interactive whiteboards. The teacher's "CD-ROM" also has video clips (but I think it's a DVD-ROM). There are at least 2 different teacher's media. ActiveTeach with CD/DVD (?) and the Teacher's Book with DVD-ROM pack, MyEnglishLab and Online Extra Homework (latter one obviously has them all, maybe except class audio CD and test book). For students there are different books which either has MyEnglishLab (student's book), Extra Online Homework (with PIN)(workbook), or student's ebook or just a student's book without extras.
There are also foreign editions like for Greece (York Press, 3 levels). That also has Grammar books and "Companion" (vocabulary /Greece dictionary).

I think the (lyrics) Rain Song is by John Parry (Johnny Parry?) but could be a traditional. I found a BBC Northern Ireland Education Online PDF ("One Potato Two Potato", radio series, script by Bernagh Brims, story by Bernard McLaverty, 2001). Maybe from BBC's 'Singing Together?
