I just found 2 episodes on YouTube (recent uploads by mangelhausen). Ep "Roadside Assistance" and "Sunday in Suburbia" (pictured). Lots of sports in latter one (golfing, tennis, etc). Previously I haven't found any pics or clips. Director Tim Moores. Editor (WDR) Lothar Humburg. At least 1977 and not 1978. And just 3 episodes. No kids shown. Actors Louise Hall-Taylor, David Gretton.

I thought I found it earlier, but currently can't find it. I found a book sample (Japanese version, publisher Seibido). Maybe this is the original production? Plot (short):  I found this on a Dutch database (tvenradiodb nl). No screenshots except a British flag. No more info. Aired in the Netherlands in 1978-1979. Not sure of the country of production (maybe UK) and so maybe produced and aired elsewhere earlier. I haven't found any info elsewhere.

Also mentioned in the 1979 book "Berichten en mededeelingen - Vereniging van Leraren in Levende Talen" page 443 and in a TV magazine. A book might have this  ISBN  ...  90 11 72309-0. Searching for that ISBN I found this 1978 book "Tackling texts. Part 3 publisher Educaboek Stam-Robijn" 9789011723092, 9011723090. It's on the same page there. so maybe related.I also found a 1972 book from this publisher including cover "Hijacked" ISBN 90-11-85131-5 which is inside a plane. Maybe this is related. There are just snippet views on Google Books.

I found "The isle of Wight - Portrait of the Queen" on Planet Schule, without any info. I previously found Inselsommer - Isle of Wight (1983) in offline sources (broadcaster WDR ?).  

Today, I found this full title in a PDF media list, that this is a 2005 German documentary (30 minutes, VHS). Geography, Queen Victoria and traces of several English kings.

I haven't found many series about Queen(s)/the Royals in vintage (German) series. Probably in some general series about London/UK.

An 1998 documentary called Royal Windsor and Eton (55 minutes, sightseeing), no post here, and Scottish Sketchbook (ep 2 From Braermar to Ayr, Highland Games with Queen).

Plot (short): Guess What! are different book series including Guess What! British English and Guess What! American English. Content and language integrated learning (CLIL).

Most units are quite short ~4 minutes.

There are also several, very short clips (Digital packs for Learners, like Guess What! Natural World - Storm, pictured) and packs for teachers. There are also animated adventure stories and other resources. Books have mainly illustrations suited for younger kids. Some teachers books have DVDs (I don't know all the contents).

I think the clips are for British English. The regular unites also have live-action clips, including about geography (maybe only for higher levels).

Also used in Spain and other countries, there are also special edition like Guess What! for Ecuador. Since 2022 there is a new edition with other cover images and a new digital pack (probably not having these clips).

Plot (short): Unusual London travel guide (not about the attractions), documentary about living in London aka "Street life - London" 

Book is called: "Streetlife: Guidebook to the alternative London". Aired in Germany obviously in 1992 (5 episodes only). 

Hard to find with this title. I haven't found any clips of pics, not even of the book (although 90s). Aired in Sweden as "Street Life". Book publisher: Sveriges utbildningsradio. Co author: Ronnie Haydon. Photographs (stills):  Paul Chedlow. Aimed for teens travelling to London by train (Interrail). Book also includes maps, addresses, prices etc.

Most infos from worldcat. Presenters and confirmed year: BFI. Vas Blackwood might be wrong (Street Life was also a 1990 episode of 1986 TV series Casualty).

Plot (short): Obviously a documentary. German title: (Glasgow: Größte Stadt in Schottland). 14 minutes. German title: "Glasgow - Eine Stadt wird saniert" German version is for grades 8-10.

City development, renewal in the last 40 years. Main part is about Barlanark (East End). Commented by Betty Lindsay Calvay Cooperative).

 

There is also a film "Living in the City: Glasgow" by Linda Orr and a 1991 BBC (aired) film/series "Living in the City". Not sure if one or all are the same.
