Lothar Humburg

Dr. Lothar Humburg was editor of Bayerischer Rundfunk BR and leading editor at WDR Cologne for school TV programs.

Editor and producer of several early school TV series not only English learning series. Also for Telekolleg Deutsch.

He also wrote essays in Praxis Schulfernsehen up to the mid 1990s and wrote (working) books mainly from the mid 60s to mid 70s.

He was leading editor of publisher Verlagsgesellschaft Schulfernsehen (VGS) established in 1970.


Christopher Humburg probably his son also starred as main character in Moving to Marlborough (1983).
